The most important job of Customer Support is to be where your customers are and take care of them. Always consider how you can in prove customer experience first, over tasks. Smile and offer a friendly greeting to customers entering the store and at their table.
Ask how they are and if there’s anything we can get for them.
Learn customers’ names and orders when performing Second Service.
Say thank you and goodbye to customers leaving the store.
While completing the Customer Support Cycle, keep an eye on customers in line and how many beverages are in queue, for visual cues on when you need to flex to support the work at Bar or POS.
